Vegan Apple Crisp
One of the most quintessential fall desserts, this vegan apple crisp is an aromatic fusion of fresh apples, cinnamon, and chewy oats with a touch of sweetness.

Filling
- 8-10 apples peeled and diced into cubes
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves optional
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg optional
Topping
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350.
Peel and dice the apples. Add them to the oven-safe pan.
Add 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp sugar, and cinnamon to the apples. Mix until combined.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1/3 cup sugar, pecans and melted butter. Mix until combined.
Spread the topping in an even layer over the apples with a spatula.
Bake in the oven at 350 uncovered for 45-60 minutes or until the top is a golden brown..
