Berry Chia Jam
This homemade berry chia jam is a fusion of warmed berries, lightly sweetened with maple syrup and thickened with powerful chia seeds.

- 2.5 cups frozen or fresh berries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Simmer the fruit over low heat in a sauce pan until warmed through and softened, about 5 minutes.
Mash the fruit with a fork or potato masher to your desired consistency.
Add the maple syrup and chia seeds. Mix until well incorporated.
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl to cool and thicken. Cool on the countertop or in the refrigerator.
