A savory and tangy filling made in under 10 minutes and with only 6 ingredients. These BBQ pulled mushroom sliders are simple, clean, and wholesome with endless possibilities!
Rinse the enoki mushrooms and then gently pull apart into individual strings.
Dice up the onion and garlic and add to a skillet. Sautee over medium heat with olive oil until translucent.
Add the BBQ sauce and veggie broth and mix well.
Add the enoki mushrooms and mix until well incorporated. Simmer on medium-low heat until the sauce has thickened and the veggie broth has reduced. This should only take a few minutes. The sauce should be thick, not runny.
