Equipment

  • 8 ounce mason jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a jar/glass with a lid.
  • Shake well so that everything is incorporated.
  • Refrigerate overnight or minimum of 3 hours.
