Vegan Overnight Oats

Minimal preparation and tons of customization, these vegan overnight oats are an easy and filling breakfast or snack option.

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a jar/glass with a lid.
Shake well so that everything is incorporated.
Refrigerate overnight or minimum of 3 hours.
